My Sweet Love Vineyard is a boutique-style winery & vineyard located inside the town limits of Spindale, in beautiful Rutherford County, North Carolina. The Vineyard is set adjacent to Deviney Park on Greer Street. Owners Tracy and Jamie welcome you to come for a leisurely afternoon visit, sit under the 100-year-old oak trees, or meet friends under the outdoor pavilion.

Over the years, Owners Tracy & Jamie have traveled thousands of miles visiting wineries throughout the Eastern & Southern US, Canada, along the Adriatic Coastline from Italy to Greece in Europe. During those travels they fell in love with the great wines, culture, hospitality, and views of breathtaking vineyards.

In May 2013, they purchased a 15-acre farm with an old log home and a tractor shed. With the help of friends, they cut back overgrown brush and cleared back the woods. In the spring of 2014, they bought their first tractor to begin prepping the soil and ordering their first vines. In April 2015, they planted four 150' rows: Chardonnay, and four 150' rows of Pinot Noir. By the following spring, all of the Chardonnay & Pinot vines had died. Following advice from a neighboring extension agent, they dug the unsuited vines up and planted five rows of Noble muscadine and 3 rows of Magnolia Scuppernong on the same vineyard site. In 2016 they watched the Muscadine vines prosper while they worked to get the old log cabin and property ready for their son Brent & daughter-in-law April's wedding. That wedding was the first held at the vineyard. Tracy and Jamie took a year off in 2017 while their home was being built. In the Spring of 2018, they planted a second block of vines on the front lawn at their new home and continue to add subsequent rows annually as needed.

Today they are growing: Lenior, Cynthiana, Chardonnel, Villard Blanc, Petite Manseng, Diamond, and two varietals of Muscadine Grapes.

In April 2019, they began working with a winery consultant to get a license to produce and sell their own wines. Less than a year later, in February 2020 they received their TTB and temporary commercial, followed by their retail & wholesale state permits in early July of 2020.

They purchased commercial winery equipment and additional wine to get started from our friends at Sweet Home Carolina Vineyard & Winery in Yadkinville, NC when the owners decided to retire.

The grand opening of My Sweet Love Vineyard was held in the Summer of 2021. Shortly after opening, a couple of adjacent land tracts were purchased to expand our farm to 20 acres. My Sweet Love Vineyard & Winery is open Saturday and Sundays, May through November along with a few other special occasions.
